We offer a wide range of disability support services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), community participation, high-intensity care, respite services, and personalised daily living assistance.
Any NDIS participant with core funding in their plan can access our services. At present we can support self managed and plan managed participants, and we are in the process of completing registration which means shortly we will also be able to support agency managed participants.
Getting started with Good Steps Disability is simple. You can contact us directly by phone or email, or complete our referral form. We will talk with you about your needs and goals, check your NDIS plan for available funding, and explain how our services can support you. From there, we can set up a service agreement and book your first appointment.
Yes, our support workers are fully qualified and meet NDIS requirements. They have completed the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and other mandatory clearances. They hold Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support and are trained in First Aid, CPR, infection control, and manual handling. We also provide ongoing professional development to ensure safe, reliable, and person-centred support.
Yes, we can help you understand your NDIS plan. We explain your funding categories, how budgets can be used, and how our services fit your plan. We can also work with your LAC, Navigator, Support Coordinator, or Plan Manager to make sure your plan meets your goals.
